Good, but I have reservations : Greenworks 21602 20-Volt Lithium Ion 12-Inch Cordless Electric String Trimmer/Edger with 6 Amp/Hour Extended Run-Time Lithium Ion Battery & Charger
I unpacked and assembled the weed trimmer the same day it arrived. in effect done. during the first and only time I was able to use it, the weed trimmer began to smoke in less than 20 minutes of use. I let it cool off and tried again. It wouldn't run more than about 10 seconds so I gave up.
The hand-operated says not to use the motor if it smokes. The hand-operated has only a phone estimate to use to palpate Greenworks. There is no mailing address, fax estimate or email address. I called the Greenworks estimate to talk about the warranty. After a 12 dinky hold, I told a man about the problem. I was told that man would call me within an hour for a "resolution." After two days without a call from Greenworks, I called again. This time I was on hold for 15 minutes when I gave up. I never heard from Greenworks after my first call. I then used the order confirmation email from Amazon to palpate Amazon by email about the problem. That same day Amazon sent a new weed trimmer by overnight mail, even though I only paid for the bottom cost delivery on the customary order. Amazon gave me about 30 days to return the old weed trimmer or I would have been expensed for the transfer weed trimmer. My end is that the warranty by Greenworks is worthless but Amazon stands behind the product.
I haven't had any question with the transfer weed trimmer. It has approximately as much power as a gas trimmer, as other reviewers said. I used it on thick grass under my wrought iron fence where the grass was about 10 inches high. It worked well. So far, I used it about an hour and still had about 25% fee remaining in the battery. The second time I used it there was 50% fee remaining after about 45 minutes. I am pleased with its performance. The battery expensed in about two hours when it had 25% fee remaining. The battery moves in effect from the charger to the weed trimmer.
I'm going to give it five stars because of its performance, along with that of Amazon. If Amazon had not sent a transfer so quickly, I would have given it one star.
