First one I got never started. Amazon replaced it promptly(Kudos to Amazon). Replacement worked a couple of times, then pull starter came out. Took to authorized repair shop, that is open 9-5 M-F.(I have a job, so I lost work time!) They kept it a month. Got it back, and it worked fine, for a season. Provided you followed a set routine for starting it. Pull cord broke again, yesterday. After a 30 ft shot put, I threw it in the trash. Should have bought a Stihl,. At twice the price, it would have worked out cheaper!
